Flan Casero

INGREDIENTS:

For the custard:

2 cups milk (500 ml)}
4 eggs
150 g of sugar
vanilla extract

For the caramel:

150 g of sugar
water

Mousse of Dulce de Leche

Ingredients

500 g of dulce de Leche

300 g of milk cream

3 egg whites

Fish Pancake

Ingredients

2 onions

1 green pepper

1 spoon of fresh coriander

750 g fillet of hake/cod

CAMARONES REVUELTOS

300 g of peeled shrimp, 4 eggs, 1 onion, salt, oil, mustard powder.

Tritate finemente la cipolla e rosolatela con 1/2 bicchiere d'olio in una padella.

Finely chop the onion and brown it with 1/2 cup oil in a skillet.

Add to that the shrimp dry and brown also for 1 or 2 minutes, rivoltandoli continuously.
